    KEY ROLE

    Provide subject matter expertise and team leadership in molecular biology and proteomics. Provide expert consulting skills from experience in commercial or government contracting space. Provide project documentation and management reporting. Lead small tasks and assignments and act as a subject matter expert.

    Consulting:
    You will be primarily responsible for planning, organizing and leading tasks and projects, and ensuring the quality of client deliverables. You will apply well-developed consulting, assignment management and functional skills in the execution of the work. You will be a role model of the firm's core values and play a significant role in:
    • Maintaining and expanding client relationships through delivery of high quality work
    • Leading, coaching and developing junior staff
    • Managing client assignments, technical/functional content, budgets and staff resources

    FUNCTIONAL/INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE

    • 5+ years experience with proteomics and leading teams engaged in scientific projects required
    • 5+ years experience in the field of bioinformatics and computational biology
    • Experience with working on proteomics, bioinformatics, or computational biology in a government, biotech, or pharmaceutical environment
    • Knowledge of in-depth health care concepts, practices, and procedures

    EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION OR EQUIVALENT REQUIRED

    PhD in Molecular Biology, CS, or Software Engineering required
