DATE: 26-28 May, 2005
Organizers: Ildefonso Cases and Alfonso Valencia (CNB-CSIC, Madrid, Spain)
This workshop aims to promote communication between the different approaches that have been taken in the analysis of transcription networks, from the more theoretical to the more applied, in order to achieve a global perspective about the Transcription Regulatory Networks. Areas covered by the workshop will be:TOPICS
- Theoretical studies of transcription
- Networks properties and simulation
- Evolution of transcription
- Deriving networks from experimental data
- New experimental methods in transcription
- Integrating regulation networks with other biological processes
