    Postdoctoral and graduate student positions are available at the Center for Bioinformatics, University of Kansas. The research interests are in the area of computational biology and bioinformatics. Available projects include but not limited to:

    1. 3D protein structure prediction (threading and ab initio modeling).
    2. Ligand/protein-protein docking and quaternary structure modeling.
    3. Protein design and drug discovery.
    4. Computer simulation of stretching single macromolecules.

    The candidates for the postdoc positions should have a PhD in related fields. Previous experiences on bioinformatics, biophysics and computer simulation will be a plus but not necessary.
