DESCRIPTION
The Computational Laboratory of Integrative Genomics at University of Southern California seeks a PhD for a two-year postdoctoral position (extension possible).
Topics of research fall under computational systems biology. In particular:
- Developing computational and statistical algorithms to integrate large-scale genomic data repositories
- Studying the structure, function, and evolution of cellular interaction/regulatory networks
REQUIREMENTS
- Recent Ph.D. in biological science, computer science, or statistics
- Research experiences in bioinformatics or related fields
- Excellent programming skill
