A graduate student position is immediately available to explore various aspects of bioinformatics methods and tools for the analysis of flow cytometry data. Positions are at the new $95 million BC Cancer Research Centre (http://www.bccrc.ca) in Vancouver, Canada (http://www.tourismvancouver.com).

Depending on your interests and experience your studies will focus on development of algorithms to cluster flow cytometry data, developing community-based standards for recording and reporting flow cytometry data, or high throughput analysis of clinically-based flow cytometry data.

• Two of Java or C++, XML, UML, SQL, or R an asset
