    DESCRIPTION

    One or two Ph.D studentship positions are now open for suitable applicants who are enthusiastic about playing a key role in the Laboratory for Bioinformatics and Medical Informatics at the University of Texas at Dallas, Richardson, TX (http://www.utdallas.edu/~ying.liu/).

    Potential projects are in areas of microarray and proteomic data analysis, data integration and visualization, gene function prediction, protein structure prediction, protein structure-function relationship prediction, and computer-aided drug design.

    REQUIREMENTS

    The qualified applicant will have a M.S. or B.S. in Computer Science. Good GPA and GRE scores.

    COMPENSATION

    Tuition will be fully waived and a competitive stipend will be offered
