Ph.D. fellowships supported by the Jonsson Distinguished Fellowship are available starting in Spring 2006 with the Bioinformatics/Medical Informatics team at the University of Texas at Dallas under the supervision of Prof. Ying Liu:

Potential projects are in areas of microarray and proteomic data analysis, data integration and visualization, gene function prediction, protein structure prediction, protein structure-function relationship prediction, and computer-aided drug design.REQUIREMENTS

The qualified applicants will have a B.S or M.S. in Computer Science or a M.S. in biological science and demonstrate experience in bioinformatics research. Good GPA and GRE scores.HOW TO APPLY
