The ReNaBi network gathers the French bioinformatics platforms and provides a centralized access to their resources thanks to its webportal.

This portal allows you to browse the software, databanks, courses, tutorials and news offered by the platforms. You will find standard bioinformatic tools online, mirrored by the platforms' websites, as well as locally developed tools for many themes such as sequence analysis, transcriptomics, proteomics, structural bioinformatics, biological networks, ecology, etc.

The portal is only a few months old, so that every French tool is not listed or described yet, but it is very often updated and will improve everyday.
