    The projects in the lab revolve around analysis of multidimensional numeric data - from the content of conserved protein families/domains in completely sequenced genomes to gene expression readouts and optical microscopy.

    Ph.D. in any area. Understanding of genome sciences and training in one of the following: linear algebra, statistics, or graph theory. Studies towards Ph.D. degree are also possible, M.Sc.-level applicants are encouraged to inquire.
