URL: BioPHP.org now uses a wiki interface for contributions

BioPHP is an open-source project which uses a wiki system to allow collaboration between developers. Any user may start a new project. New projects may include functions or minitools (copy and paste, one-page PHP code). Some minitools are already available for basic tasks in bioinformatics.
