Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Systems Biology

The University of Georgia (UGA) seeks applications for a tenure-earning faculty position at the Assistant Professor level in systems biology in which computational and experimental approaches are combined to study intra/intercellular signaling in normal and transformed cells. The position will be jointly appointed between the Institute of Bioinformatics and the Department of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology. UGA will provide a highly competitive start-up package. REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have a Ph.D. (or equivalent) degree. Preference will be given to candidates who have received excellent training in both the biological and computational sciences and who possess both strong computational and experimental skills to conduct systems biology research in cancer.
