    DESCRIPTION:
    The position is part of a research project on computational analysis of gene regulation in human disease funded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation. The successful candidate must have a strong background in bioinformatics/computational biology and previous experience in analysis of eukaryotic promoters. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. degree in Bioinformatics or a related field.The position is placed at the Bioinformatics Centre, Institute of Molecular Biology and Physiology at the University of Copenhagen. The bioinformatics group associated with this project will also form a part of the Biotech Research and Innovation Centre.Terms of appointment and payment according to the agreement between the Ministry of Finance and AC (The Danish Confederation of Professional Associations) on Academics in the State. In addition to the salary based on seniority the successful applicant will receive an annual pensionable supplement of DKK 44.487,76. Negotiation for further supplement will be possible.
