DESCRIPTION:
Identify orphan receptor sequences which are likely to have peptide hormone ligands and organize information about them in a database.

REQUIREMENTS:
SQL/Oracle/database programming skills, and additional programming skills in languages such as Java, ASP.NET, C#, PERL, PYTHON. Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems. Knowledge of bioinformatics algorithms for homology searches and phylogenetic analysis. General knowledge of molecular biology or biochemistry.
