Bioinformatics group in Research Center for Women’s Diseases at Sookmyung Women’s University is recruiting enthusiastic and talented female graduate students.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Implementation of machine learning algorithms for biological applications, Biological DB construction, or Computer aided drug discovery

REQUIREMENTS

1. Strong C/C++ and Perl Programming skill
2. Application of various machine learning algorithms to biological data analysis
3. Theoretical backgrounds or experience on the application of molecular docking and scoring AND/OR 2D/3D chemical descriptors to drug discovery projects
4. Linux system adiministration

Strong candidates should have at least two or more of the above requirements.

Excellant command of English
Fast learner

COMPENSATION

International students can expect tuition remission, monthly stipend of $1,200 plus alpha (DOE), health insurance and arrangement of affordable housing.
