Software: Microarray Data Processing Toolbox for Missing Value Estimation
Submitted by Muhammad Shoaib Sehgal; posted on Saturday, September 30, 2006

Release of Microarray Missing Value Estimation Toolbox:

The Collateral Missing Value Estimation (CMVE) toolbox estimates missing values by using correlation structure of the data. The software can be used to impute missing values in any correlated data especally microarray gene expression data. The imputation performance of the software has proven significant affect on gene regulatory network modelling, class prediction, gene selection, clustering and other subsequent analysis methods.

The toolbox can be freely downloaded from:
    http://www.gscit.monash.edu.au/~shoaib/cmve.html

Further details about CMVE can be found in "Collateral Missing Value Estimation: a new robust missing value estimation algorithm for microarray data", Bioinformatics, 2005.
