BACKGROUND:
Proven academic record in the field of molecular and/or computational biology, and sound experience in bioinformatics;

RESPONSIBILITIES

Desire to work in systems biology and its stochastic computing, integrative modelling and computational aspects.

REQUIREMENTS:
Well-founded basis in statistics, computer science, data management and mining, machine learning;

PREFERENCES:
Appointments can be made at either a junior or senior level, depending on previous experience and curriculum.

TERMS:
The CRS4 (Center for Advanced Studies, Research and Development in Sardinia) Bioinformatics group anticipates the availability of new research positions, to begin in 2007, for a minimal duration of 24 months.
