The Bioinformatics Team at C-DAC, Pune is organizing a 3-day workshop on ‘Computational Genome Analysis’ followed by a one-day symposium on ‘In-silico Biology’ during Feb 06-09, 2007. The workshop aims to unravel the journey of genome sequences from their assembly, annotation and subsequent analysis using various sequence based Bioinformatics approaches. The symposium would include talks by eminent scientists from academia and industry, and would provide a clear insight into the future challenges in Bioinformatics.
