Key member of cross-functional teams analyzing mechanism and safety of novel drug targets. You will formulate and implement new approaches to analyze biological networks and signalling pathways and assess the impact of therapeutic intervention. Research methods should encompass computational, statistical, and mathematical approaches and requires close collaboration with experiment (including omics and high-content screening).REQUIREMENTS
Ph.D. in computational biology preferred, equivalent experience and Ph.D. in biochemistry, chemical, cell or molecular biology acceptable. Deep knowledge and understanding of signaling pathways and biological networks in human required. 5 years biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience required, 10-15 years preferred, particularly in oncology or metabolic disease. Must be strongly goal-oriented and able to excel in team environment by successfully translating computational results to advance drug discovery programs.PREFERENCES
