DESCRIPTION

INRIA (The French National Institute for Research in Computer Science
and Control, http://www.inria.fr) has a number of full-time
researcher positions to fill in 2007. More specifically, INRIA-Futurs
research unit (http://www.inria.fr/futurs/) offers at least five
positions for senior scientists (PhD thesis + 8 years or more) and two
positions for experienced scientists (PhD thesis + 5 years). Moreover,
three positions of young scientists (PhD thesis + max 4 years) are
specifically assigned to the site of Lille.

The SEQUOIA group of INRIA-Futurs (http://www.lifl.fr/SEQUOIA/) is
seeking candidates in bioinformatics and computational
biology. We are particularly interested in candidates working in the
areas of algorithms for bioinformatics, comparative genomics, RNA
analysis, but candidates in other areas are also welcome to apply.


Lille is the largest city of north of France located within the
triangle Paris-Brussels-London. The vertices of the triangle are
reachable by train respectively in 1 hour (Paris), 40 minutes
(Brussels) and 1.5 hour (London).
