    BACKGROUND:
    This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable organization in a clinical research (CRO) environment and to be a leader within this type of environment. The perfect candidate for this role will thrive in leading others, seeing results and working in a project atmosphere.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Lead and manage all activities of data management and data entry. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), training programs, and metrics for monitoring efficiency and quality. Recruitment and performance review of personnel. Review budget proposals for DM and DE, develope and manage the department budget. Participate in new business development activities. Set project priorities. Performing other tasks as assigned by the Senior Director, Biostatistics, Data Management and Trial Design.


    REQUIREMENTS:
    Bachelors degree and 10 years of data management experience in the biopharmaceutical or medical device industry, with at least 2 years in a senior management role in a CRO environment.

    PREFERENCES:
    MS or MA with studies in Life Sciences
