    BACKGROUND:
    PHStaffers, a staffing firm specializing in public health, has been asked to work on behalf of a client company based in Boston, MA searching for someone to serve as a lead project Biostatistician.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Be able to act as a statistical mentor and leader to other junior level biostatisticians and apply sound decision making in your management style. Utilize inferential statistics. Determine clinical trial endpoints. Meet with sponsors to support new business development initiatives. In general, this is a very high level role with considerable flexibility that could continue to launch your career in very promising ways.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    1) A minimum of an MS with 4 to 6 years research experience or PhD with 3 to 5 years research experience
    2) U.S.-based clinical research experience

    PREFERENCES:
    Knowledge of the drug development process is also highly desirable.

    TERMS:
    Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
