BACKGROUND
Health Dialog is a rapidly growing health care company that is improving the appropriateness of medical care by helping patients actively participates in medical treatment choices. The Director, Client Informatics, is responsible for oversight of Health Dialog’s analytics
and research team that manages ongoing outcomes measurement, and research into
program effectiveness at the client level.
Primary Responsibilities:
• reporting, and client-specific program evaluation.
Oversee teams of analysts responsible for all outcomes measurement, ad-hoc
Oversee development and completion of client-specific analytic agendas and
Maintain expert-level understanding of health care claims data, data structures,
• support for Quarterly Dialog Planning meetings
• SAS programming, health outcomes techniques, and statistical modeling
• statistical/ analytical direction to master's and PhD- level staff
Manage, a team of 25+ statistical and programming analysts, including providing
• direction processes
Participate in Health Dialog senior management decision making and strategy-REQUIREMENTS
• Master’s or PHD level experience in consultative quantitative analysis
• SAS experience and management of SAS programming/ analytical teams required
• Extensive experience conducting research studies using medical claims data
• Experience managing Master’s and PhD level staff
LOCALE: Boston, MA, Portland, ME or Manchester, NH site with extensive travel to all three
COMPENSATION:
Commensurate with experience
