DESCRIPTION

The Computational Systems Biology Lab (http://csbl.bmb.uga.edu) at the University of Georgia has an opening for a postdoctoral research associate position in the area of Cancer Bioinformatics, available immediately. Outstanding candidates in other areas of computational biology might also be considered.

REQUIREMENTS

The applicant should have a Ph.D. degree in biological sciences or computational biology/bioinformatics. Experience with computational studies in cancer research and microarray data analysis is highly desired. Computer programming skill is required. The successful applicant will work with a group of graduate students so demonstrated leadership will be a big plus.
