RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up databases for biological information storage, and retrieve and analyze data using a variety of software tools

REQUIREMENTS

BS/MS in Computer Science, Computational Biology or Statistics, experience with Matlab, Perl, MYSQL, R (one or more of these).

PREFERENCES

Matlab/R experience most preferred.
