The Senior Clinical Data Programmer is responsible for executing data management programming activities in coordination with the project team and providing programming support of Data Fax, SQL & MS Access activities. S/he designs and programs clinical databases and edit checks in compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory agency guidelines, in coordination with data management. This hands-on position also produces data management reports, dictionary-coding programs, and miscellaneous data management listings, as requested by the data management team lead. Responsible for creating database conversion programs, troubleshooting software problems, implementing new system tools/processes, developing and maintaining a data browsing tool. Maintain close communication regarding data management programming activities with the PI.
