RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a Scientific Associate with strong computer and statistical skills to assist in the processing, quality control, analysis, and annotation of datasets from small molecule and functional genomics ultra-high-throughput screening systems, and related technologies. As part of the core screening groups conducting a wide variety of biological investigations, you will be responsible for the development of both long-term utilities and the programming of one-time analyses to support such investigations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified candidates will have a B.S. in computer science, or a B.S. in another science with experience in computer programming/informatics; and a good working knowledge of Linux and Perl.
