Hi, I am running the Populations 1.2.31 and using it to build a phylogenetic tree using individuals with bootstrap. I have ran it in an Acer Aspire E5-575, 2.4 GHz, 4 Gb memory, Windows 10 Home and doing bootstraps makes the program collapse within a couple of seconds. I am really interested in using microsatellites to do population analysis with populations software but it has been impossible. I have also ran it under W 7 and the same happens when building a tree with bootstraps....

Hi can anyone tell me the format for the infile to create a tree from a distance matrix? I have Fst values corrected for Null alleles and I can't find any tree building software that uses a distance index corrected for null alleles, so hoping to use Populations to import my own matrix.
