    The symposium will serve as a forum for exploring specific interests in the Omics areas of scientific endeavor. OMICS is a term for a broad discipline of science and engineering for analyzing the interactions of biological information objects in various omes. These include genomics, proteomics, glycomics, bioinformatics, metabolomics, transciptomics and interactomics.

    The symposium will be of interest for a wide group of researchers working in biology, chemistry, computer science and mathematics. Over 16 speakers, including 3 keynotes, a poster session, vendor demonstrations and lots of Maritime hospitality.

    Keynotes include: Drs. Mads Kaern, Mark Bagley and Ten Feizi.
