DESCRIPTION

A postdoctoral research fellow position in computational biology is available in Dr. Yan Cui’s lab (http://compbio.utmem.edu) at University of Tennessee Health Science Center (Memphis, Tennessee, USA). Our current research interests focus on genetic networks connecting genotype and phenotype, and phenotypic effects of DNA sequence polymorphisms in non-coding regions.

REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate must have a Ph.D. degree, research experience in computational biology and computer programming skills. Preference will be given to applicants with strong background in Bayesian network, complex trait analysis, non-coding DNA sequence analysis and time-series data analysis.
