BACKGROUND
The Lowy Cancer Research Centre (LCRC) is a new enterprise on the University of New South Wales campus in Sydney that integrates basic and clinical research into childhood and adult cancer. With a staff of about 300 it is the largest dedicated cancer research facility in Australia. LCRC researchers are investigating the molecular mechanisms of cancer at both the DNA and protein level.RESPONSIBILITIES
