BACKGROUND

Predoctoral and postdoctoral positions are available at University of South Florida (USF). Research interests are in the general area of computational systems biology. Specific topics include regulatory sequence analysis, biochemical network analysis, as well as biomedical data mining.

USF is located in the Tampa Bay area on the Florida gulf coast. The area is home to numerous beautiful beaches and other scenic attractions. The campus itself is within one hour drive to many tourist destinations in Orlando, Florida.
