The successful incumbent will join a rapidly growing, dynamic scientific community and apply cutting-edge genomics approaches to biological and biomedical research.

Solid understanding of software development, relational databases and managing large-scale data sets required. Experience with Python or Jython, Perl, PHP, Oracle, and Subversion a plus. Proven ability to work closely with end users, gather requirements and turn requirements into actionable specifications is essential.
