    LOCALE: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (US)
    DATES: February 23rd-24th, 2008

    OVERVIEW

The theme of this year’s conference is "Systems Biology – Bridging the Omics”. We are planning a combination of interactive panel discussions, and technical presentations, both poster and platform, during the conference. Student participants are automatically entered in our cash award competition for Best Student Research Presentation. Be sure and make a hotel reservation and register early to take advantage of our special “early bird” discount.

The Conference Program Committee invites you to submit an abstract for either a poster or platform (oral) presentation. Abstracts are limited to 250 words in length. At the latest, authors will be notified of acceptance by December 20th for oral presentations and February 8th for poster presentations. Presenters will be eligible to submit a manuscript for publication in the Conference Proceedings, which are published annually in BMC Bioinformatics, an open-access bioinformatics journal ranked second in the field.
