We have developed a literature mining tool, GenCLiP, that can gain a primary pathogenesis profile for a special disease and identify pathways involving abnormally expressed genes not previously associated with the disease. The main character of GenCLiP is that the user can manually curate the keywords to search pathogenesis profile and gene networks among the analyzed genes.
