BACKGROUND

We are center of Bioinformatics and Bioimaging Analysis, in The Methodist Hospital Research Institute (TMHRI). TMH is now an affiliate hospital to Weill Cornell Medical College, Cornell University.

We are seeking outstanding candidates for exchanged PhD student, postdoctoral research associate positions in Bioinformatics, Computational Genetics Analysis and Biomedical Imaging Analysis, specifically oriented towards the prediction, diagnosis, monitoring, and therapies for diabetes, cancer, infectious disease, neurodegeneration, and transplantation biology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Research involves computational genetics analysis, bioinformatics, animal models, genomics, proteomics, and biomedical imaging analysis.

REQUIREMENTS

The candidates are expected to have a strong background on signal/image processing and statistics, also, the candidates must be a team player with extensive knowledge in bioinformatics and computational biology.

PREFERENCES

The PhD students majored in Mathematics, Statistics, EE and Computer Science are encouraged to apply.

COMPENSATION

We will sponsor you to apply exchange scholar visa and provide stipend plus medical insurance and fringes when you work in our Bioinformatics center.
