Title: Application Developer - Java Based Applications (Contract)
Location: Alameda

Responsibilities:

In this position you will be part of a team developing Visualization Tools for a Laboratory Information Management System. The development is based in JAVA (J2EE) and will require expertise in developing EJB's and JDBC protocols. This application will access large data structures for the classification of scientific data.

This position requires 4+ years of application development experience using JAVA as a primary development language. 2+ years developing EJB's and JDBC is required to create and build the communication protocols to the database structures.

Bonus Skills:

Experience building Visualization tools
Biotech/Pharmaceutical experience
Biology or scientific background
