Two COMPUTER PROGRAMMERS are sought to work in the Einstein Center for Epigenomics.

One will work with the Computational Epigenomicists to develop programs to analyse high-throughput data and to integrate these data with other sources of information about the genome/epigenome. Experience with R, Bioconductor, Perl and MySQL is essential.

The second programmer will implement within the database environment analytical programs developed by the Computational Epigenomicists. Experience with relational databases and APIs allowing access to data is essential.RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful applicants will be a part of Einstein�s new Center for Epigenomics. This Center focuses on understanding how the normal epigenome becomes dysregulated in human diseases, with current programmatic emphases in Cancer, Neuroscience, Infectious Disease and Environmental Epigenomics. The investigators will work within a highly-collaborative environment, studying questions that range from basic science to translational applications.LOCALE
