RESPONSIBILITIES
A bioinformatics postdoctoral position is available at the University of Georgia, affiliated with the Department of Genetics and the Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources. Primary job responsibilities include meta-analysis of whole-genome microarrays across genotypes and experiments, and integration of gene expression information with other (e.g., metabolic and phenotypic) data.PREFERENCES
PhD in a relevant field. Previous experience with microarray data analysis, strong quantitative background and familiarity with other biological databases (KEGG, GO, BRENDA etc), backed by a good publication record are essential.
