    Bioinformatics Postdoctoral positions are available immediately at the Burnett School of Biomedical Science and the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at University of Central Florida.

    REQUIREMENTS

    These positions require a PhD degree in bioinformatics, statistics, or computer science, as well as significant programming experience.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The postdoctoral fellows will work on the recently funded NIH projects, which include but are not restricted to the following areas:
    • Develop methods to identify functional non-coding elements.
    • Explore the evolutionary mechanism of non-coding DNA.
    • Integrate large scale heterogeneous data.
