    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Our laboratory has an immediate opening for a postdoctoral fellow to join a multidisciplinary team focusing on tyrosine kinase signal transduction pathways in cancer. The major focus of this position will be to use bioinformatics approaches to better our understanding of tyrosine kinase signaling mechanisms in cancer models. This includes phosphoproteomic (mass spectrometry-based and western blot) and gene expression microarray data sets.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Candidates should have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree with experience in computer science, bioinformatics, statistics or related quantitative discipline with a concentration on analytical techniques (e.g. data mining or statistical analysis). Background or experience in biology is preferred. Salary will be commensurate with experience and performance.
