BACKGROUND

Our group is mainly focused on the transcriptional response of leukemia cells to glucocorticoid treatment (including gene and miRNA expression profiling, identification of alternative splice events and in-vivo transcription factor binding sites). RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a highly motivated PhD student or PostDoc researcher with interests in biological data analysis.

REQUIREMENTS

Successful candidates are expected to have a university degree (PhD or Msc) in a technical or scientific discipline. Applicants should have profound R/Bioconductor and/or Perl programming knowledge and experience in the analysis of microarray data. Deep sequencing data analysis experience is a plus.

TERMS

The positions will be available within the next months, PhD position is available for 3 years, PostDoc position for 4 years.

COMPENSATION

Remuneration is internationally competitive and follows the national standard scale for researchers.
