PROJECT OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the activities of a multi-company team developing IT systems and providing counseling services for psychological health.
• Providing direct line management of approximately 5 - 6 senior staff as well as indirect management of subcontractors
• Ensure tasks are performed on time and at or above the standards established by the Government client.
• Ensure the successful execution of scheduling, budgeting and resource management related actions.
• Keep the client and the SRA management aware of status of the project to include progress and risks.
• Coordinate directly with all team partners and the government client.

REQUIREMENTS

• Requires a BA degree. Masters or PhD strongly preferred.
• Requires 10+ years experience managing large complex programs.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience leading complex portal and web-based software development efforts.
• Demonstrable experience managing contract budgets in excess of $10 Million per year, and project teams of 20+ highly specialized subject matter and technical experts.
• Proven exceptional client relationship skills with a demonstrable history of working with high-ranking government officials.
• Proven, in-depth knowledge of Federal contracting requirements is required. DOD contracting experience preferred.
• Demonstrable Project Management (PM) experience working with DOD Health or Veterans Administration (VA) projects is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of clinical delivery systems preferred.
• Requires US Citizenship for government security clearance
