Simbios is sponsoring a Molecular Dynamics (MD) Workshop Series consisting of three workshops, each showcasing software designed for individuals with different interests and experience with MD, from novices to experts.
1. The OpenMM Developers Workshop: for developers interested in using the OpenMM library to accelerate their MD code on high performance computer architectures, such as GPUs.
2. Introduction to Molecular Dynamics and OpenMM Zephyr: for researchers interested in using MD in their research, including novices to MD.
3. Introduction to Markov State Models (MSMs) and MSMBuilder: for researchers who want to analyze the results of MD simulations, using MSMs to map out the metastable states of a molecule and the transition rates between them.
REGISTRATION:
Registration is free but required since spaces are limited.
Simbios is an NIH-supported National Center for Biomedical Computing that is focused on physics-based simulations of biological structures (http://simbios.stanford.edu). Simbios software tools can be found at http://simtk.org.
