We are excited to announce a Post-Doctoral Fellow position for the Human Genomic Medicine group.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

The fellow’s main responsibility will be to develop novel computational methods to analyze human genetic variation in genes and extend the SIFT algorithm, which predicts the functional impact of protein coding changes. The fellow will be responsible for development of web-based computational tools to enable the large genome-wide scale analysis of genetic changes. The fellow will also be involved in analyzing data from whole genome sequencing projects. Position is available immediately and funding will be provided for four years.

    REQUIREMENTS
