CAMDA2009 will have a Bioconductor (R language bioinformatics tools) tutorial on Next Generation Sequencing data analysis. The tutorial will be presented by Dr. Martin Morgan from Bioconductor. All the conference attendee will be able to get the first hand experience of analyzing the next generation sequencing data.
