BACKGROUND
The lymphoma research program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) has been supported by the Director’s Challenge and subsequently the SPECS initiative focusing on gene expression profiling the study of a large series of lymphoma. The study has expanded to include array comparative genomic hybridization, methylation, and microRNA analyses. High throughput sequence analysis will also be performed.REQUIREMENTS
- We are recruiting a highly motivated and innovative Postdoctoral Research Associate with training and experience in the analysis of large scale datasets, including correlative analysis.
- The candidate should also be knowledgeable in biological sciences and has the ability to utilize these large datasets to gain insight into pathobiological processes and how they may relate to cancer pathogenesis and progression.
