    Unipro UGENE is a free open source multiplatform software tool for molecular biologists.

    Version 1.6.1 changes:
    • Got new aligner: KAlign algorithm is integrated
    • Improved Phylip package integration
    • Improvements in PhyTree and Alignment editors
      • - A lot stability and bug fixes
