Develop infrastructure (workflows, tools, databases, and applications) using open-source and custom developed applications to support genomics. Automate and simplify the genomic analysis and data management lifecycle.REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must have NextGen Sequencing experience.
- Candidate must have 3-5 years experience in building application & implementing algorithm.
- Bioinformatics Degree – Masters or PhD
- Java – 3 Years
- UNIX Shell Scripting – 3 years
- Perl – 3 years
- NextGen Sequencing experience – 6 months
PREFERENCES
- Galaxy (workflow tool) not required but highly desired - 1 year
