We are pleased to announce a new web server for prediction of catalytic residues in enzymes. CatANalyst incorporates two predictors, for sequence- and structure-based predictions respectively. By modeling the structural neighborhood of candidate residues, the predictor was shown to achieve consistent improvements over previous state-of-the-art approaches (see paper: http://www.biomedcentral.com/1471-2105/11/115).
