    BACKGROUND

    We invite applications for the Carol Grotnes Belk Distinguished Professor of Bioinformatics and Genomics. The Bioinformatics and Genomics Department, housed in a new $35M Bioinformatics Building, has a collaborative and interdisciplinary research focus that integrates laboratory and computational approaches to solving important problems in biology.

    REQUIREMENTS

    The successful candidate should have an outstanding research program, a demonstrated interest in fostering collaboration, and a commitment to teaching and mentorship.

    PREFERENCES

    Applicants should currently hold the rank of full professor.
